^ She got it! When you are within healthy weight range and working out as consistently as you do, you need to bring your focus to the foods you are eating. Increase your protein to at least 100g a day. While still keeping your calories on track. This way your body wont metabolize your muscle you are building

Everything is made up of some combination of Carbs Protein and fat to make up the amount of calories. Vegetables are generally mostly carbs with few fat and Protein. Seruously track ALL of your food. I just got into the habit of tracking everything that I ate for an entire month and it made a huge difference. Bump. I am going to try this method. I was graphing my caloric intake this morning and I want to be able to Measure my TDEE accurately for next month so i needto know my weight more often. Before that I avoided the Scale like it was a plague. Gets to your head sometimes.

No! Just eat within your calories! eat your chicken Nuggets if you want to! Plus when you eat doesn't really matter. I use to not eat past 7pm RELIGIOUSLY and i never ever lost weight. EVER. its BS. Now I eat at 9pm almost every night and i am losing weight. Do what works for you. Its your Body and your life.
