My work is quite physical with heavy lifting, so I consider that calories burned on average 5 hrs heavy lifting burning an average of 700 cal + walking pushing the double stroller with 30lbs toddler and 20lbs infant about 60 mins/day...beside that i don't work out any other way, except every now and then doing 60 mins x3…

Thank-you all very much for your tips and advice. I notice the slowdown weight loss process is because I don't drink enough water for them to flush out my excess waste.

i'm planning to eat late supper/dinner, then just pack snack (100 cals pack) for easy access and then english muffin with crunchy peanut butter just in case...and keep a few granola bars. I can adjust on a regular basis and logged in the foods when i come home in the morning.

Nice to know and congrats...but can't see and compare much when you're fully clothed. Sorry, that's just my 2 cents opinion.

My typical breakfast day would be A cup of coffee (coffee mate + sugar) - didn't tolerate with substitute, it gave me a headache Quaker instant oatmeal with soy milk or 2 slices of rye bread toasted (110 cal) + eggs white + light laughing cow spread cheese I've recently learned never skip…
