O/N Foods & Snacks

I will be working overnight shifts (11pm-7am) in a few weeks, please advise what foods I should eat and what foods I should avoid. Thanks for any tips and advice.

Just treat it like your daytime and do what you would normally do. Don't overthink it

i'm planning to eat late supper/dinner, then just pack snack (100 cals pack) for easy access and then english muffin with crunchy peanut butter just in case...and keep a few granola bars. I can adjust on a regular basis and logged in the foods when i come home in the morning.0
