O/N Foods & Snacks

I will be working overnight shifts (11pm-7am) in a few weeks, please advise what foods I should eat and what foods I should avoid. Thanks for any tips and advice.

    You should eat any foods that meet your calorie/macro goal, make you feel satisfied, and that you enjoy.

    Don't eat any foods that don't fit the above guidelines.

    Just treat it like your daytime and do what you would normally do. Don't overthink it ;)

    i'm planning to eat late supper/dinner, then just pack snack (100 cals pack) for easy access and then english muffin with crunchy peanut butter just in case...and keep a few granola bars. I can adjust on a regular basis and logged in the foods when i come home in the morning.
