thanks Fancy for inspiring me. My husband has had cancer the last year and i have gained 10 lbs while he was loosing 25 ...he is doing much better and gained 10 lbs back . He is starting chemo next week and I am trying to get back into a routine of walking and doing my kettle bell . Thanks so much for your thread.

starting again CW 135 - 5 ft 2 GW 125 by Xmas carry weight in stomach mostly , so hard to reduce there but we can do it . Love this place. Like to hang out and get inspired by so many of u guys!!

Here I am loosing the same 10-15 lbs but exercising more this time and I do think that is the key to my weight loss journey . my problem also!! Trying to substitute problem foods with healthier options ....popcorn for chips, crystal light Raspberry Lemonade with 1/2 shot of vodka for wine ...smaller portions at dinner , lots more salad !! I like Kens Asian low cal dressing .
