one thing I've done that helps is ive saved a bunch of before and after photos from the message baords to my pc and look at them everytime i need a boost.

When i get starving at night I have a diet root beer and a flavored quacker rice cake. If makes me feel bloated and full. Then i try to get to sleep before the illusion passes! LOL ( its 50 cals)

Amy, so today when I was going up a steep *kitten* hill on my bike ride from Sacramento to Folsom (there's a bike trail along the river) I was panting hard saying to myself " I just want to look like an athlete like my MFP friend Amy" LOL

consume appx 1200 cals a day and exercise for 2 hours (min) in 5 weeks you WILL be 20 lbs lighter. Note: there can be no off days. It would take several days to return to the same losing mode there by giving up the 3-4 lbs you WOULD have lost in the week you took ONE day off.. Good LUCK.

I used to be on the treadmill and look over at the people on the elliptical. One day I decided to try it.. Haven't been back to the treadmill since.. Time flies by, burn more cals, and it's a lot easier to speed up and slow down on the fly. To me,, it's a no brainer... ELLIPTICAL

I "Had" to go drink yesterday too. So, before I went out I went to the gym and FORCED myself to stay on the elliptical for 90 mins (1100 cals burned) . This morning I'm not feeling guilty now.

I was thinking the EXACT thing a few days ago. That is, the more I track the more obsessed I'm getting with it. But I just tell myself if I don't go to the gym and only have a 100 cal deficit, no big deal cause "yesterday" I did go to the gym and I had a 900 cal deficit..

That sounds really strange to me. 1500 cals shouldn't be too much. Especially being a nursing mommy. There was ACTUALLY a story on the TODAY show a few weeks ago about a Dr. who ate only twinkies and lost like 27 lbs in like 6 weeks.. But kept the calories within the limit. And all his blood work stayed normal. Conclusion,,, dropping the weight is the best medicine.... My only problem, if i start eating **** like twinkies…
