I just tried to work out with a lower heart rate. My heart rate monitor tells me to be around 111-140 but that just doesn't work for me. I have to work hard to not work hard ahaha. I'm the most comfortable in my 170's.

I'm glad I found this thread! I've been craving Dr. Pepper and chips so I saved up some extra calories and I'm gonna use them up on 12 oz of Dr. Pepper and 1 oz of Cheetos. I was worried that it would ruin my diet but I'm happy to see that people can still have the good stuff every now and then.

I'm a freshman in college! 18 years old. Nice to meet you and welcome

Sargento's light string cheese is 60 CALORIES! It's amazingly delicious and so low cal. I also like Precious all natural pepper jack cheese sticks for 100 cals each.

PIZZA. If anyone offers me pizza, it's like I can't say no! And then I'll eat more and more and more! Just don't ever offer me pizza.

I didn't get outside. I've got some exercise equipment in my garage and it's FUH-REEZING in there. It's nice to feel your skin heat up while the cold weather cools you down. I like going to the park to walk too, but I didn't do it today.

OH! I also like Can't Believe It by T-Pain.

I NEED it to be hip-hop songs. Anything new that you'd hear on the radio. Right now, I really like Get Outta Your Mind by Lil Jon. Ke$ha works too. Blah Blah Blah was my jam for a while. Sometimes I like listening to Eminem too, just to hear the lyrics. It almost makes me forget that I'm walking on the treadmill.

Just finished my second mile! I also did a little rebound action and some Zumba. My heart rate monitor says I burnt 646 calories. I just felt like sharing it with somebody. I'm so proud, haha.

I plan on buying myself something small like nail polish or a new mascara. Anything but food!

Oh, I've had that same problem for a long long time. I hear that it takes 20-something consecutive work outs to start a habit. Recently, I find it easy to get up and work out. I think it comes from watching motivating TV shows like Hellcats. (Those girls are so fit!) I just know that I'm not gonna get anywhere without…

Well, I decided to get it. I've been doing really well and it's not like I'm going over my calories for the day. (I'm actually a little under!) If I get sick, then good! Hopefully I won't want it anymore.

A cheat day? No, I don't. Do you eat within your cals on your cheat day?

I have a rebounder but I never really use it. I guess I just threw it in the garage and left it there. I think I'll pull it out and throw on some music. Sounds fun, almost haha

Ohhh, this is great. Made the ticker and everything. I'm in! Hopefully this'll get my cardio system in better condition so I can efficiently do C25K. I'm excited!

You look amazing!! Congrats

That happens to me if I'm beginning to wake up earlier than I have been. My body just doesn't want food until later in the day. I've found that if I keep waking up at that same time, my body figures itself out. I just eat a quick fruit and save some almonds for later until I feel hungry when I wake up.

I love that everything I need is in the calorie database. There hasn't ever been a moment when I can't find some product in there. The only thing I don't like is that the calories you burn while exercising goes into the calories you're allowed to eat. I'd rather have those calories in my deficit. I have to add exercise…
