Sheer blouses. Shorts. I have a few really cute things that I bought overseas. Including a Kaftan from Egypt, an adorable traditional Hungarian blouse, a silk Korean dress, and an awesome leather jacket I bought in Italy. All have been in my closet for the last 10 years. I want to wear them again. :flowerforyou:

I find red beans and rice an inexpensive meal. Add a zucchini (sauteed) for veggies (can add onion or tomato for $0.25 more per person) the meal costs about $1.75 each. Ham and navy bean soup is also inexpensive per serving. Ham bone $7, beans $2/lb, onions (2) $1.50, celery $0.99, carrots $2.99. add water, salt, bouillon…

asked my sister, a nurse. UTI's do not always have to do with one being sexually active, having sex, or anything else. Elderly people get them all the time, toddlers get them as well. I know my grandmother gets them once or twice a year - she is in a ladies only Lutheran assisted living center. Yeast may contribute. Drink…

I was a weird kid. I loved broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, bean sprouts, cucumbers, peas, beans, carrots. Still allergic to peppers and still don't like beets, radishes or onions (cooked or raw). I might make a cauliflower mash tomorrow, its just as good as mashed potatoes just healthier or maybe steamed carrots, broccoli…

Hi Nebraska! So far I've dropped 5lbs in 3 weeks. I hope you have success with your weight loss goals too! Fall is going to be great. I have Badger football tickets ( I am from Wisconsin) so I can't skip the 1.6 mile walk to and from the stadium every Saturday home game! Good Luck Girl!

Going cold turkey is hard, so I didn't. Instead I bought a bag of Godiva dark chocolate caramels (they have them at Boston Store and a lot of grocery stores) 5 pieces 200cal, 11g fat, 23g carbs, 2g protein calcium 4% iron 6%. I have one with lunch, one with my mid afternoon snack and one after dinner. Don't feel deprived…

Why not? It is not going to change anything for straight individuals or couples. Must we really preserve the sanctity of Britney Spears 55hr marriage and the Kardashian marriage for profit and the expense of committed loving couples who happen to be of the same gender. Besides...marriage began with women not being able to…

I buy some organic fruits and veggies. esp. anything on the dirty dozen list. MSG gave me lots of headaches and gastro issues. I stopped eating all food with MSG and within a month my gastro issues were gone and my night time headaches were gone. Now I just get sinus headaches.
-
try zucchini chips just slice thin and bake. or if that wont cut it turkey bacon egg white and cheese on whole wheat bagel. I have horrible sinus drainage and sometime I need bacon to settle my stomach. sweet potato fries/chips may work too

My bff's son is GFCF just like the sleepover girl. Udi's makes a gluten free individual pizza crust. add sauce, Daiya (casein free cheese and Hormel pepperoni and veggies. It is simple and fun. Its likely she doesn't get pizza often (it can be expensive) If your leary about tomato sauce just put olive oil on the crust. It…
