LOL.... yh fit test and warm up are no piece of cake, and dont worry ive thrown up once as well, its just a sign of how unfit we are and will get better :)

Extra stretches, straight in the shower, drink a glass of milk and eat a can of reduced sugar and salt baked beans with added pepper and chilli flakes followed by a good meal 1hr later. I do this religiously. LOL

If you read properly you can see i mentioned calorie intake to calories burned Its a mixture of them both but just having a calorie deficit will not burn fat stores Shuld of gone to specsavers m8

Well spose they dont call it insanity for nothing.. Good 2know others are on the same day and hurting 2 lol. How did you both find the recovery disc 2day? It was nice for a break from intense cardio but those deep squats i couldnt hold for longer than a few seconds, absolute killer!

your doing the wright thing buy doing your cardio this is the only way you can reveal your abs! Your abs are there its just that stubborn bit off fat is the last place that burns off ( Frustrating as it is)!! Sounds like your on the right path, Just remember calories eat and calories burnt my be worth figuring these sums…

Wet noodle I no that feeling! lol Your exactly right in what your doing, pushing yourself but not to the point of breaking! Keep doing the standard press ups as long as u can then switch to ur girly ones. Ull find yourself being able 2do mor as u get stronger! The girly ones count 2, ur still getting ur workout no worries…

Started Insanity on Monday and my calves are insanely tight and burn lol. Even the fit test killed me on first day! now on day four and am overly happy its recovery day!!
