The first month is 10-12 reps depending on the workout 5-20lbs the next month is a little heavier 6-8 reps and not sure on the lean phase.

Thank you I have worked for them, they used to be bigger ;). I am so thankful I eat more now. I was tired and crabby. Now I burn around 1800-2000 cals a week.

I am not starting a debate or argument I am just saying this is my experience.

Actually you can not lose after eating very little. I got down to 113 eating 1200 cals and it stopped I was burning to many cals to be eating that few of cals. I would have to drink a diet pop or something to keep me full.

Yes it would be bad I would be doing the elliptical and just be so fuzzy or when I was doing my lifting videos.

I actually started to up my cals. Most people do think this is a life long calorie goal. I am just saying this is my experience with eating low calorie it really wasn't fun for me. I did it for 2 years.

I went though being burnt out and ended up gaining about 15lbs. after losing it. I maintained for a year and now I am trying to get it back off. Don't be this person that has to fight for the weight to come back off again.

This is very true. I to was on 1200 cal diet working out 5-6 x per week. I wasn't getting much definition. I wasn't feeding my body properly and I was always hungry.

I ended up going back and getting the 3lb dumbbell bars. I have db of 3,5,10,15,20 and then a 100lb barbel with extra plates. I wanted to get the bowflex select tech to replace my db.

Yes I am I was squatting with 20 on each side. I am going to raise to 30. I have strong thighs.

NOt all of the machines are accurate. I have a HRM. I did the elliptical for 30 mintes yesterday at a 7 intensity and incline was at a 7 and 10 and I burned 342 cals.

So I am on the second week of chalean. I am not really feeling it in my lugs much IDK why. I am doing everything right I watch myself in the mirror. When I am done I don't have the usual feeling of being sore like I normally do with the previous videos I had. I may start doing those once a week just for that.
