I think this is what she is meaning. I feel the same way I eat 80/20 as well. Now if I am out late and it's not my splurge day and my husband ordered pizza for dinner than I will fit it into my calorie range.

1200 calories is really low especially for someone that works out. I was at 1200 and I was starving most days but I was working out 5-6 days a week and not eating most of my cals back. I was used to doing like the high stepper for my lower body with heavy weights. This one for me isn't as tough for my legs.

I am on week one. But I have had it for a few months and I didn't get past week 1. I have completed a full week but I am starting over and I really love it. I just did the cardio intervals and abs last night!! My whole back is sore. I have noticed though I don't feel like my legs get a great workout. Do you?

Feel proud what you have accomplished. You know she maybe doing drastic measures like low carb etc depending on how low if she goes back to the way she was eating she can easily gain back. I think you are doing great by doing it the right way.

I was flipped off a tube and it hit the water :)... That was when Iw as like 16 it never healed so I have a whole now. I am 27. I can't wait to get it fixed I love to swim.

I love it. Well it's 90 days and you have 3 days of lifting 2 days of cardio the lifting days are around 37 min including wu and cd. The cardio are a little longer. I have that book. I am going to start program after I finish Cahlean and then probably repeat each other. Try and go heavier on chalean adn maybe you won't need to do NROLFW at the same time?

This was my first week of Burn Circuit. I actually started it on Tueday. I still have Circuit 3 tom and Burn it off and recharge on Sun. I love it. IT is really great for delivery!! You can do strength just not as heavy and there are modified forms you can do look them up. I have an Oxygen subscription and in the back they always show two pregnant exercises in each magazine you can do most of it just modifed and lighter weights.

It is probably the creamer that you are putting in it to make your bf go up. Several health sites states to have a cup of coffee. I drink one cup sometimes every morning but just use stevia.
