I am the exact opposite. I have most of my weight from the belly area (which is great) but not much off my arms and legs. But I agree with the previous replies - I say keep it up - the weight will start to shed from everywhere - however maybe mix it up with the exercise. My BMR is 1683 - and 20% less than my TDEE is like 2000 cals!! seriously?! How is that possible?! And why does MFP put me at 1200 cals then - this is soooo confusing!! Oh Thanks for the replies!!!

Love this!!! I had the same problem - would plateau, get upset, eat so I felt like a failure and quit! But this time, if I have a bad day, I shake it off forget it and move on to the next day like it is brand new! Have never been this succesful and I "cheat" "fail" "overeat" some days and then shake it off - down 41 pounds…
