Kickboxing is a fantastic exercise ! I do kickboxing and Wing Chun Kung Fu - I enjoy both as much as eachother, but Kickboxing provides a brilliant workout, shreds fat and gives you confidence! Try not to worry about the time you spend on each machine. Focus on form and completing your exercise / sets / reps safely and properly.
