Hi, are you sure it's not telling you how many calories you have lost, so far in the day? Mine tells me how many steps, miles, stairs, my heart rate and calories I have lost during the day! I would never eat that little, maybe you need to workout how many calories you should eat daily and that will help you get your steps…

Thanks I am planning on a calorie deficit, and I may try doing both. It is only as I have read that just doing cardio doesn't work, so maybe if I do some cardio and strength training, this may help! Thanks for your replies!

Thanks for that and as I dont know which one gives me the headaches then the best thing I can do is go for ones without sweeteners! Do you or anybody else know of any nice ones that dont have any sweeteners in it?

The problem I have is I love bad food far too much... I have been calorie counting for a while but I think that this dosnt seem to work as I still go for bad food and as long as its within the calories I am allowed then I will eat it... so even though I am in a deficit the food I have been eating are really not doing me…

I havnt bought into anything apart from the book... I am not doing this with the PT I am doing it on my own!! That is why I was asking if anyone has done it! From reading the book the diet itself does not seem a bad diet... it seems more like eating a lot healthier and cutting out a lot of processed foods etc. Have you…

I dont know why you are waking up hungry but listen to your body and start eating breakfast. Maybe its because you are working out more? I think breakfast is an important meal as you have not eaten for so many hours! I never used to eat breakfast but now I love getting up and eating a nice breakfast!!

I did that last August getting ready to be a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding!! Its amazing what you can do in a month (especially if you dont have any alcohol during that time too) :wink:

Yesterday was my first fast day and I stuck to 500 calories exactly!! I didnt have any breakfast.. for lunch I had a big bowl of porridge with raspberries and blueberries, a small apple in the afternoon and for tea I had veggie chilli with cauliflower rice! I was amazed how good a day it was!
