For me Weekdays - commute, office, commute, 2-3hrs free, sleep. Rinse & repeat. Add 2x1 hour gym sessions if lucky. Weekends - Gym class, walks, shops, cooking, gardening, car washing - generally more active. A lot easier to 'earn' calories.

Mine is next year. My body is like a temple. A Mayan temple. Overgrown, in decline and people only visit either out of curiosity or for historic reasons. Good luck in your endeavours.
