For the most part, the exercise calories estimates seem to be on track. I checked my commonly used ones against other health sites and they were all within 10 calories (per hour).

It's probably because of the "added" calorie bank they earned because of exercise. If you're cutting it close on calories every day and still hungry, maybe take a closer look at how your calories are adding up (whole grains, veggies, fruits, limited processed foods, etc).

Awesome job! I started my weight loss almost five years ago and now starting to focus on strength training, too! Have you found anything specific in San Antonio that helps you? This is my second summer here and I'm dreading the heat and workout combos again. I've also done a ton of research, but slightly different (female)…

I can't believe some of the negative comments on here. Maybe some women are being responsible and don't want kids outside of a stable relationship...

20 pounds isn't heavy... unless this is your first time ever touching weights.

Probably should take a look at what kind of protein you're taking/eating, too.

Set a goal for something new! Inches, strength, half-marathon, run time, or some other kind of friendly fitness competition. Also, if you totally ignore what your body consumes and just exercise, you'll be back to your previous self and wonder how you got there... again.

Pink Lady. Perfect blend of slightly sweet and slightly tart. Great with almond butter for a well balanced snack!
