  • I had no idea, until I asked the lady to weigh it and then added it once I got to work. Almost the same calories as a good ol dirty burger lol. Ah well, I've learnt something today at least. Thank for all the comments

  • Yep I'm the same, I've found what works for me and I try to basically stick to it. Most people would find it boring, but if I allow myself to stray too much I get carried away because I LOVE FOOD.
  • Turbo Jam and Turbo Sculpt, love that I can do them in my lounge! These workouts and a treadmill in my lounge have helped me shift 10+kgs
  • Yep, I call myself skinny fat. I'm not overweight but am in the process of toning up wobbly thighs and tum :-).
  • Oh good I'm not the only one who does exercise late at night. It's 9pm here in NZ and I'm off to jump (or run) on the treadmill.
  • I know how you feel, but not logging what you eat (for me anyway) gave me permission to have a little bit extra or that extra treat and it somehow creeps up on you (the weight). I've just come back after not logging for over a month and realised with 600 grams in 3 days how much extra i must have been putting in my mouth!…
  • Oh, can i add you all too. I lost a fair bit of weight (10kgs) over the last 11 months and have been struggling against my will power and the warming winter meals to get back into the healthy eating. Would be good to know that others are watching what i'm eating. Would be good to see what others fill either food diary up…
