Good Job for quiting! I gave up diet coke and diet pepsi over a year ago. I use to drink 6+ cans a day. Now I make and drink my own iced tea. I don't have any cavities anymore. I drink lots and lots of water too - love it.

this is real good and simple -mix a chocolate cake mix with a can of pumpkin. Put in cupcake pan and cook for 17 minutes. they are really yummy...:happy:

Are there other challenges out there like this that we can all join together? I hate to see that this one is coming to an end - Chris has been just awesome keeping up with everyone... Thanks so much for your time and encouragement throughtout these 12 weeks!!

145 today... tough week with my purse getting stolen out of my car - they smashed my window - what a hassle it has been. I pray they catch the thief! A good reminder and lesson learned - never ever leave your purse/wallet in the car. Have a wonderful week everyone.

147 ! Surprised I didn't gain more. Home from a wonderful cruise vacation in the Bahamas. Tons of food - I especially loved the warm melting chocolate cake. Back to reality now and doing my best to get back on track. Thanks for everyone's support. Have a wonderful day!

147 lbs on Sat May 28th - posting early since I am going on our carnival cruise. Everyone have a good week and I'll hopefully maintain this week.

148 today, up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs, I guess I am just at a plateu and I need to boost up my exercise. Next week I'll miss since I'll be on my cruise but I'll be conscious of what I'm eatting and plan on eatting lots of fruits and veggies and hopefully will not gain too much since I am motivated to stay on this challenge.
