Last Sunday I ran the San Francisco Bay To Breakers. It was my first organized run in
over twenty years.

    "drop dead," nah after my year of hard work on MFP this is what it is like for me to live.

    I could not have run this race last year being obese. I'm not at my goal weight quite yet but this one of those NSV - not scale victories...to jog a fun local race.
