but down 1.5 inches...so I'm gonna say i'm up from my circuit training and all the water weight from that. Was disappointed about the weight going up, but then i measured and well now i'm kinda neutral about it lol i wanted to be down for our final week...but i am in a way lol just not lbs.

This morning. 181.4. I skipped my "cheat day" on Saturday to do this weigh-in. I will make up for it today:P
Thanks for this weight challenge -- it coincided perfectly with a Bikram yoga challenge I have been doing.0 -

And can I say YEEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!! I did it at least this time. .... Down 2.1 lbs. I'm sooooo freaking happy about myself. Woohoooo! You all did an awesome job. And I'm so glad I shared this experiance with you.0

I came in at 155.2 lbs this morning. Three pounds....I'm ready for July 4th over-indulgence, well at least reasonable indulgence.
