  • Hi Everyone!!! I am new on here and just bought the Ripped in 30 dvd. I have done the 30DS before and enjoyed it, tough but good. I am working towards losing 10pds and toning so thought I would give this one a try. I am going to start it tomorrow morning. Wish me luck and I like reading other's progress...way to go!!!!
  • Hi Everyone, So I am on day 8, yeah!! I have missed 2 days since starting but am sticking with it. Looking forward to moving on to Level 2....I think...I have never done it so I have no idea what I might be in for. how is everyone else doing???
  • I usually do it in the morning as well as soon as I wake up. Today will be my day 5 of DS. I did find I was definitely sore day 2 - day 4 but today I don't feel so bad, mind you I haven't done the workout today yet ;P I will be momentarily.   • I too am on WW and have been slacking and motivation has decreased so I am hoping to get motivation from here and seeing what others are doing. I weigh in Fridays as well. Hopefully we can help encourage each other :)
  • Hi My name is Lori and I too just started the 30DS on the 16th though, so am on Day 4. I am happy to find others on here, this is great! I find it is a great workout to fit in to the day.
