I own a Toyota highlander and would definitely get another one. It is rather economical, I can pull stuff with it, has leg and head room, has lots of seats for hauling the neighborhood around, has room for my dogs, heated seats, sun roof, and I have had no mechanical issues with it.

No fat burning foods but a friend just told me about pepitas....it's a mix of pumpkin and squash seeds, he says it curbs his hunger and fills him up....I haven't tried it yet.

Go see your doctor. Even if it subsides with rest, it could be serious. Women present differently than men for cardiac conditions. Rule out your heart...safest thing to do! Be safe!

I am from weather that cold and colder! buy a gym membership or invest in dvd workouts for the house, or a treadmill. my guess it is windy there too? being outside is dangerous in those temps, skin freezes quickly with a wind chill factored in. good luck and keep at it!

WhEn I have a banana as part of my breakfast I crave sugar and diet pepsi All day, and if I cave in to the cravings it's a downhill spiral. No other fruit for breakfast does that to me. Just learning my body!! So no kore banana at breakfast, they are a supper fruit now!

i made some homemade refried beans over the weekend. i put it on a whole wheat shell with chopped onions, lettuce, tomatos....whatever else looks good and is healthy. then i have an apple, banana, or a fruit for the desert.

i have heard lifting weights will help...chest exercises...swimming used to tone up my chest fast....use lots of lotion to keep your skin hydrated from outside, lots of water to keep skin hydrated on inside....and hopefully that will help alot!
