Hi I currently live in a little village (Sutton Bridge) in the middle of nowhere or least it feels that way.Its about 20 mins from Kings Lynn one way and Wisbech the other. I am aiming to move back to Peterborough in 12 months or so.

I'm so much colder now, and the Doc says its likely i have Raynauds syndrome as well :sad: just why it didnt really kick in till I started losing weight I will never know. Have already said catagorically there is no way I am gaining weight again just to keep warm.

sans birthday suit every time, and when I know I have a weigh in at the Dr's I make sure I wear something as light as possible, never jeans and jumper, and always slip on shoes , which always come off before I even think of getting on the scales.

I really dont do bananas, the smell makes me nauseous :frown: but i will throw frozen fruits, cherries, strawberries, blueberries etc in, as well as low fat greek style yogurt. that and a scoop of my slimming shake. its yummy
