Is 90 to 110 minutes of cycling for 5 to 10 minutes duration throughout the day going to be as effective in helping me lose weight as one long continuous ride of the same length?

substitute for dry sherry?
I've found a lovely recipe for chicken and vegetables with cashew nuts, the one drawback is that it calls for dry sherry, which neither my hubby or I care for. Has anyone any ideas as to something I can use instead?

cold after weight loss
