I've found a lovely recipe for chicken and vegetables with cashew nuts, the one drawback is that it calls for dry sherry, which neither my hubby or I care for. Has anyone any ideas as to something I can use instead?

If it is an Asian recipe, use rice wine. That's what I use in my cashew chicken. Otherwise, a dry white wine is also a good substitute.0
