The cottage cheese gave me bad gas and diarrhea! -__- NEVER AGAIN. idk what I was thinking eating it I havent had it in years I don't think. ugh. ANyways good day otherwise! didnt cheat and feel great.

Day 1 was not as bad as I expected! The night was kinda rough because I didnt have icecream or eat green beans, I had applesuace instead and cashews. Oh well. I am now off to the grocery store to buy everything else I need. :)

Honestly its ridiculous and rude that I had to endure that horrendous stench! NOBODY should smell like that BEFORE they even work out! It's disgusting. WASH YOUR GYM CLOTHES

The point is she smelt like that BEFORE she got on the elliptical . BEFORE. It's obvious that people smell AFTER a work out but BEFORE is just reckless. Change your gym clothes and wash them.Not that hard to do and obtain your hygiene. not rocket science.

well working out in the morning works out best for me because then I get in 2 cups of water and I'm ahead of myself! thanks everyone! I don't know what was going on with my body. I think that I was eating at the wrong times because my classes are longer on some days and I hadn't prepared meals before. I have worked out already 3 times this week! Yay! and feel full and drink lots of water. I just can see myself losing the weight I want…

I did it! It felt so good and bad at the same time! Now I know I will go periodically. Yes! I just don't like when people stare or even watch you in the gym. It's just weird and now I prefer to go when no one is there. I mean I know I look good but don't be so obvious if you want to admire me. lol Anyways it was good! yay!

Same! hahah I catch myself saying "life change" instead of diet and such. I want to get back to my highschool weight or somewhere close to that and its not about anybody else, including family, besides myself! Somethings you just have to do alone but support (aka this site) can be very motivating! :)
