How your body adjusts to weight loss
OK, I love love love the elliptical but I am afraid that my body will get used to it and I will not lose anymore weight. Is this true? Even though I change my incline and resistance every week. I absolutely hate the treadmill and the stair stepper terrifies me. Help?

I've always wondered if you ate at a certain time or ate too much does your body still have it in your system for the next day or is each day a clean slate?

Hello. I am struggling. Being 21 and in college and trying to lose weight is hard. Drinking, going out, being broke! How do I get motivated to go to the gym? I have a membership but have been doing academics until last week. Now I have the time but no motivation! Help?

I DID IT! Just worked out and it felt so...
good and bad at the same time! Now I know I will go periodically. Yes! I just don't like when people stare or even watch you in the gym. It's just weird and now I prefer to go when no one is there. I mean I know I look good but don't be so obvious if you want to admire me. lol Anyways it was good! yay!
