Is there support Groups on this site?

Or do you just have to post a forum every time? Would be really helpful. Also more friends with the same goals and motivation. I have 2 friends on this site.

Not sure what you mean by post a forum but at the top of this screen, under the commuity tab there is a link to groups.
There are loads of separate 'forums' with separate threads on that specific topic or for particular groups of people.
