  • I eat 1410 daily. I get exercise calories, but I haven't been eating them, unless I'm starved, which doesn't happen very often. If I plan out my meals and eat high protien foods, I'm not hungry. And I drink alot, I mean alot of water! Friend me for additional support.
  • Hello, counting calories is just as important as exercise. That's why this website is great it tells you what you need to know about everything.   • I think it doesn't matter when you work out, as long as you do some kind of exercise at least 30 minutes a day!! sometimes I work out around 4 am and sometimes I work out in the evening. it always depends on my kids schedules!!
  • I keep my scale in the same spot also. However, I keep it by the fridge, cuz if I get a craving, I will look at it to get some self control. Its in plain site to remind me that I'm counting calories and exercising for a reason!!

  • I just looked back on the sodium intake, which has been in the green. I only had one day that my sodium was higher than the daily average. I drink all water products with zero calorie products.   • i use alot of artifical sweetner, but I cut out soda all together. I think if you want a healthy lifestyle, you need to stay away from all artifical things...however, I'm just struggling to exercise and stay within my calories.. so I'll limit my artifical sweetner in the future. good luck!!
