My advice (although this will not solve all of your problems) get out of the house go workout. Tell yourself you just have to workout 10 mins. If after 10 mins you want to leave, leave. But I bet once you are out and about you will feel better and you'll stay working out. Sorry you feel this way.

Day 1-3 I used 3lbs, day 4 I did 5lbs. Its what ever you can do. If it gets to easy go up in weight.

Muscle weighs more than Fat. Muscle however burns more calories at rest. Don't freak out. Your jeans will soon be loose and you'll be saying "Hellz yes!" (even if the scale seems to be a liar).

Go to the Group section and join the newest 30 day shred group. It started on January 9. You do it for 30 days. You will need 3lbs weights and probably 5lbs to start. I love Zumba Wii. When I don't feel like working out I put it in and BAM 30 mins go by. I will do a lot of individual dances as well just to challenge myself. There are so many on there it is hard to become bored.

I am two days ahead and finished day 4 last night. I started with 3 lbs weights and on day 3 did 3 lbs and 5 lbs. Day 4 I did all 5lbs weights. Amazing that in 4 days I could progress 2 lbs up. I will say day 4 was much easier than day 1 or 2. When you think you can't go on, just keep saying it's only 25 mins total…

I do the same. Mine is open to my friends and I read my friends Diary for food ideas. I have several friends that have lost a ton of weight and I love "Stealing" food options from them when I get bored or in a rut. But I never comment on them. It is not my place to judge.

I don't think that is creepy. I travelled for my job for 10 years and have met a 1000 people. I have a tendency to think i recognize someone from somewhere and always want to say hi or confirm, "Hey is that you". I'm acused of staring but I'm staring to remember the person. He sounds like he was just being nice.
