Lmao I'm 18, so yes I am old enough for this site. Our teacher is really nice though, and I think she appreciates the fact we tried hard in her AP Macro class. Plus, we graduate tomorrow.

I usually pick from these Plain oatmeal with an apple and black coffee or A boiled egg with a fruit and spinach smoothie or half an English muffin with an egg white omelet and a slice of turkey bacon (with black coffee)

Yes I threw out Nutella, haha. It honestly just made me feel better not having it around. Thanks for the advice! I'm going to see if I can clean out an area in the kitchen for my food, and keep it as far away as all the other food.

Well, I'm allergic to dairy, and gluten makes me feel terrible, so I'm in the process of finding out if I have a problem with gluten as well with my doctor. Other things are just binge triggers.
