No movement on scale for 3 weeks in a row! I'm not surprised, I have not been at all disciplined. Lame!

Another week and another 0.8lb loss! Surprised I lost anything at all last week with having a nasty cold and not going to the gym regularly.

Happened to me as well! One of my friends who didn't get the whole scoop commented on how remarkable my breasts looked for having gone through surgery. I took the compliment then kindly explained that I actually had cervical cancer!

Lost 1.2 lbs. Not massive but it's not bad for having a week where I was not totally disciplined (our local Domino's had free pizza's, I mean, com'on!!!) My first slip up with pizza this weekend, no doubt why the scale didn't move that much! Lesson learned, and with nearly 10 lbs gone since the beginning of January I am pretty pleased :smile:

I am also down 7lbs in 3 weeks, can't wait until 20lbs sure feels like a nice milestone to reach though!

I load up on veggie chilli con carne when it's cold. It's super fulling and really warming when I am trying to avoid putting the heating on!
