I drink every Friday and Saturday night. I drink enough that I am good and buzzed but I balance it out so that the way I feel the next day does not affect the minimum 4 miles I must run. Usually that is 5-8 shots of vodka. 69cal per shot is max 552 calories for me and this is VERY easy to work into my calorie goals.

It was roughly 60min up hill, 60 min flat surface, and 60min downhill. All walking pretty fast. Not 5mph but close.

Well I was able to squeeze out a turd last night but wasn't very impressive. However, I had some Hormel Chipotle Chicken Chili this morning and that seemed to flush my system out rather well >_< I also went back and tracked my Fiber. It looks like I have been averaging 15g-17g a day.

That is what I am afraid of :\ not burning per-se but losing. I already eat at a deficit and I am comfortable with that deficit. I do not want to go below that deficit and I don't want to eat again other than dinner lol. I will likely just have a bigger dinner tonight. Maybe go out to eat.

I couldn't hold it :( I've ran 22miles this week and I think perhaps I am just pushing myself too hard. Maybe that is why I was nauseated. That or it was something in my food. I've planned in 7 days a week running but I think I will take tomorrow off.

What do you gain by not logging it? I am curious if those that are planning to not log it do not log every meal or every day? Just seems really bad to not log a day and then be behind and really not knowing it.

It's up to you. Do you want to lose a healthy amount of weight (2lbs a week) or do you want to lose more (possibly unhealthy for you)?
