Beat my 10k record :)
This week I pushed really hard upping my pace. Every day I run for lunch at work and I beat my pace every day. Today I went for my 10k record. Previous record 72min. Current record 65min :) AND I lost 5.5lbs this week. Great start to memorial weekend!

My favorite low cal snack...
Chopped Celery and Radishes. Did a 10K today with the wifey today.
I haven't exercised in about a year. This week I started getting out and hiking around the hills in my neighborhood.
