Running Graph

I just added a Running Graph to my blog for anyone interested in progress thus far. >_<
http://patrickbowman.com/my-running-graph/
This is my progress from no running at all to running/walking fast/hiking every day. I pushed myself hard twice with the 10 miles but at least I know my limits. In a month or so I will do 10 miles again and see how it feels. I will likely post a graph every month. Can't wait to post my full Dec graph. It should be much more impressive!

I think that is an awesome idea to track and/or refer to your progress. At least it will show you how determined and serious you are about running! Keep up the good work! ~Jill~
PS, but remember that every run may not always be perfect, but just pick yourself up and keep doing it! Determination is keY!!0 -
Absolutely! Today I knocked out 5.6mi and had 2 back to back 11min miles. Thought that was great progress too!0
