If you are unable to cook...

I highly suggest Healthy Choice: Cafe Steamers. These things are rad! Small bites and shewing a lot it totally fills me up during the day. With 2 of these and a can of health choice soups (some times small snacks) I am coming in at or below all of my nutritional values per day. Where-as before I was WAY over on sodium because the meal I had chosen had 1000mg per serving.

I haven't had a kitchen in quite a few months due to having major water dmg and a complete renovation of my kitchen. So I am bound by my microwave for a few more weeks.

That's great!! I know those Cafe steamers always smell & look delicious, though I've never had one. I do like the Healthy Choice low sodium soups though! :] I've got 4 in my pantry just waiting for me to get a soup craving!
  • Great idea, my co-worker seems to live off those things. I'm going to pick one up tonight.

    Thanks!

I know what you mean!!!! I am a student and most days don't have the time to cook-- popping one in the microwave for 5 minutes is perfect, and they ARE healthy and delicious!!!!

They ARE yummy, and way lower in sodium that any other frozen meal.
Try the Whiskey Steak, the DH even likes it even though it's my "healthy crap" and not the grease he's used to!

Do what you have to do. Drink plenty of water to flush out the extra sodium. I keep them in my freezer for emergencies. When I don't have time to pack my lunch.
