Try taking Advil (or any type of Ibuprofen) 30-40min before you run/walk... It helped me get back into running A LOT. Also gradually ease into it. Any time I'm not hungry in the AM I just eat some nuts. I have mixed peanuts, almonds, and walnuts in a bag just for this purpose. They are dense in calories so not even a full hand full and you are good.

What they really mean is that muscle is more dense than fat. That is all. Honestly, it isn't anything to even worry about for any of us.

I have a sandwich bag full of peanuts, almonds, and walnuts (unsalted). You have to be very careful and monitor the amount you consume, though. Because they are VERY calorie dense.

I've seen 100's of arguments on both sides... my opinion is: if you are on a calorie deficit it makes no difference when you eat. Just be weary of what habits you form.

So how you guys/gals making out? I hit 85 a bit ago and been hitting heroics hard since. I only needed a couple upgrades after I hit 85 to get into heroics. Also been keeping my diet in check and not letting WoW get in the way of my exercise :)

I eat roughly 750-1000 calories a day. That is split between 5 meals during the day. I have 2 Chihuahua's and live in Los Angeles. The weather rarely goes under 50 and never under 40. Nothing you do will ever keep your dogs warm except keeping them under the blanket snuggled with you.
