When I am skinny enough to see my upper pelvic bone, 6 pack abs, and upper body shaped. That is the final goal at least. Right now it's to get down to 165-175 then I get into weight training.

Toothpaste adding a pound? Nah musta been a fluke or glitch. Did you towel dry or blow dry your hair? If towel dry I can totally see it adding weight. Really the only scale I trust 100% is the scale at my doctors. Because of the inaccuracies of regular scales I just use that as a basic baseline measurement week to week.

I really don't have a weakness per-se. I eat the same things every year: Turkey, Ham, Cole Slaw, Cucumbers (soaked over night in a special mix :D) and Potatoes. Never really been one for desert other than Cheese Cake and we don't have that every year.

I like to toss in a dash of garlic and cumin. Sometimes cyan pepper as well. Also live to toss in diced celery to give it some crunch and sometimes diced radish as well. I never use mayo. You could also put some lemon and lime juice in while cooking it then toss it in a taco shell :)

I don't publish my MFP to Facebook because it's pretty spammy and really does annoy people. It's akin to all those stupid game updates like Mafia Wars and Farmville. If you have blocked those, like I and many others, then you would block someones MFP updates as well.
