I like sugar. The more the better. :) Is there something wrong with sugar that I am unaware of? As long as we're dieting and not being sedentary and not having some medical reason not to, you don't need to worry about sugar intake assuming nutrient sufficiency is obtained from your diet.

How would this work for a person following a 1200 cal diet and a 2400 calorie diet? Completely different. Hit your protein and fat target. Fill the rest of your macros with carbs or a combination of carbs/fats/protein.

Yes.. Vascularity is a function of 3 things. Muscle size, body fat levels, and subcutaneous water. (and perhaps temperature). It's normal to have both more muscle and/or fat on one side of the body. And to answer your question. No, natural vascularity on a very fit woman is attractive to a man who also takes care of…

Are you diabetic? Do you have some medical condition that should limit your sugar intake? If the answer is no to the above questions, then don't worry about it. Worry about staying under your calorie goal, and achieving nutrient sufficiency (both macro and micro).

You should be losing weight eating that many calories. Do you ever binge, cheat, etc? An entire week's of deficit can be erased in one meal when your deficit is moderate.

The only answer is you're simply eating too many calories. Whether by accident miscalculation or overestimation of requirements or underestimation of intake. If you haven't lost wieght in 3-4 months, you've eaten at maintenance over that span. It is possible that you've made some nominal improvements in your body's…

Sounds like you've been watching too many breakfast food commercials.

Is this something you came up with yourself? If so, ditch it. If you're into lifting heavy and want to build up real strength, do strong-lifts or starting strength for 3-6 months.

Fasting does NOT lead to fat gain. Eating too many calories does. With that being said, simply control your calories when you break your fast instead eating like a bottomless pit. Also, your metabolism is not slower at night. Calories in/out over the span of a day.
