This is not based on personal experience, but rather, science. Breakfast is not physiologically more important than any other meal. It can be psychologically more important, but that's subjective/personal opinion.

Whey protein is food. Like all food in the universe, it will make you gain fat if your intake exceeds your requirements.

Will you marry me? :)

I used to feel invisible when I was 300+ lbs. Now, I get stared at and a lot of attention. Feelsgoodman.

Overall fats are more important for diet needs.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but seeing a woman with her profile body type listed as "Athletic", but clearly seeing she is 20-30+ lbs overweight from being "Athletic".

You can try, but part of the success of the site is the social aspects of it. Keeping people's focus on it helps to achieve their goals. You can stop coming here, but you might end up losing motivation.

In short, don't worry about pre or post workout nutrition unless the workout is endurance exercises. Meal timing is largely irrelevant. Instead worry about hitting your daily calorie and nutrient goals (both macro and micro).
-
Learn how to weigh foods using a digital scale. Become a pro at that.
-
And why exactly are you concerned about your sugar intake?
-
We get fat because we consume too many dang calories. /thread
-
UH, no... Don't listen to any of this. It's completely wrong. ^^
-
No, but if you weigh daily, eating at later times may effect your weight in slightly due to extra undigested food left in your body. But meal timing doesnt affect fat loss.

It depends on a few things. Abs muscle size. If the muscles are larger, they'll show through at a higher % of body fat, and secondly, where you genetically store the majority of your fat. Some women can carry a lot of fat from the hips below and their upper body be ripped up. But for most around 18-20%

Agree with Sunshine... :)

A couple of questions to the OP: I tried to read a couple of pages of the thread and didn't finish it all. 1. Is it only 14 months from the top most photo to the last photo? 2. Did you use steroids/horomones/any non food supplement or drug to gain that much muscle mass? 3. Your waist looks tiny. What are your measurements…
