I drink diet pepsi's every day during my entire weight loss, didn't seem to hamper my results one iota! It has no calories!

Amazing! You should be so thankful that you did this with your wife at your side. A lot of us like me went through the same journey as a result of a separation and I can assure you that it would have much more satisfying to have gone through this with her so that our relationship could reap the benefits.

This ^^^ When I first started, same issue. Also. make sure you keep the bar as close to or touching your legs. A lot of people wear long socks and drag the bar up your shins to ensure you're not getting away from your body.

Losing body fat is largely done through diet. You workout to maintain muscle mass while dieting, so you can lose the fat and keep the muscle.

I personally use the 30 day shred and C25K to get ripped. Tae-bo is a close 2nd to p90x and crossfit in terms of building muscles that aren't all bulky looking. But kipping pull ups are the best for overall power.

LOL, no. Losing weight is a result of an energy deficit. Since organic foods have the same calories as non organic food, they aren't any different from a weight loss perspective.
