  • i don't worry about the sugar in fruits and veggies... i don't eat a lot of candy... so i have been trying to just not worry about sugar.
  • should i eat my exercise calories? I know it is most often new people that ask this... but everyone has an opinion on it... and everyone's opinion is different. HGB diet... we are here for healthy weight loss! how much is a cup of water? 8oz... not that hard! why am i not losing weight? ... because you aren't eating!!

  • 1200 was never enough! i was always going over... and i wasn't losing anything. i upped my calories (i usually net around 1300) and have started losing again. 1200 stressed me out!
  • i've been putting level 1 and 2 together... but i'm on day 15... if you are just starting i would just stick to one level a day.

  • doing it the real way (lowering calories.. upping exercising) is the only way the weight will stay off because you are changing your life and your habits... not just popping a pill everyday! the weight doesn't come on overnight and so it sure as heck won't come off overnight! i read in someone's signature...   • i took zoloft for 4 years and slowly gained weight (those were my college years). i never really saw a connection with weight gain and zoloft though.. my weight gain was caused by my habits... also... if you have completly taken yourself off the zoloft you need to see you doctor right away.. you should ween yourself off…
  • i just posted a similar question. the responses were mostly to trust the HRM... but keep in mind everything is an estimate... i never eat back all of my exercise calories... but i do come close.

  • i log everything i know i am going to eat throughout the day in the morning... for example... if i plan on going out to sushi i will log what i know i'm going to eat... that way i can adjust my meals and exercise throughout the day. i use to log at night and i would always forget things. make sure you log your beverages…
  • i put it under circuit training.. and according to my HRM i burn about 275... i'm 5'4'' 156lbs.

  • I also suffer from IBS... It sucks! I've had days where i've had to leave the gym because of tummy attacks. My best advice for you is to listen to your body. I've started drinking Shakeology by Beachbody and that has helped too. Good luck to you! I will be sending a friend request.

  • i would eat more protein. and remember your body will burn the sugar you injest before it burns the fat on your body... so make sure you are watching your sugar.. and remember carbs turn into sugar in your body. also... alcohol doesn't help in weight loss... i learned this the hard way.
  • i log every morning while i have my coffee and oatmeal. that way i know the amount of exercise i need to get in and the amount of wiggle room i have. this also helps me from going over because i'm always aware of how many calories i have left!
  • i eat at least 1 a day... sometimes 1.5. if it fits in your calories GO FOR IT!!
  • i usually feel a little light headed after finishing circuit 2 and heading into circuit 3 (after chest presses) but this goes away quickly. i love the 30DS!! i'm on Level 1 Day 8!! it gets easier and you can really feel your body changing!!
  • i have a friend who does almost the same thing. He uses Frank's Red Hot instead of the jalopenos though. DELICIOUS!!

  • i've found that eating as clean as i can and drinking tons of water makes my sweat not stink... at least i don't smell it. i have also noticed that i sweat like crazy too!! My hair is always soaked when i take it out of the ponytail! this is why i shower everyday after the gym.
