Thank you, especially zichab. My son has called every day because he joined ROTC and has had so many questions! So, I've spoken to him several times and glad he is comfortable reaching out to me (and his dad). I figure the best thing I can do is keep walking and eating right so he sees me taking care of myself.

3.5 miles on the treadmill today. Was really only going to mention when I specifically do a Sansone video but wanted to keep in touch.

Did 1 mile WAP super challenge. So sad to leave my son at college. Rather than drink some wine, I'm going to do a Billy Blanks video next. Maybe even then a Zumba video (or maybe save that for tomorrow). We were on the road for several hours today, so I'm trying to fit good stuff in now. Thank you for the support. :)

Bringing son to college tomorrow. This will be emotionally difficult - I will miss him! Glad I walked with Leslie today. She is always so positive.

Bgoddess, good for you! I agree, working really makes caring for yourself hard! I don't think it's a coincidence that women went to work and fast food and then obesity took off.... It's hard to do it all, but hang in there!
