Its hard and at times you will feel like you cant do it. I am 2.5 weeks post op and Im still having a difficult time with not drinking right before and after you eat. as long as you move slowly and don't try to do to many things at once it should go fine. Good luck

when ever someone in my family makes a comment like that I go to the gym and work on the punching bags and picture him in the center of the bag and I just keep hitting making sure I see their face right there. It gets the anger and hurt out and gives a great endorphin kick

if your eating the right amount of calories and eating the right type of food: you can always check sodium levels which causes water retention. it might help you to check out your thyroid and make sure that is working properly. a lot of people tend to develop thyroid problems after having a child.

The amount of protein you would get is negligible (quoting a nutritionist) I have tried the powdered peanut butter you get the protein with out the unhealthy oils and sugar it takes getting used to but it is good.
