I can sympathize with you on this one. In the past I have heard all sorts of things like "Free Days" every week, or "Log Mon - Friday and take the weekend off". For me personally this is far too generous. I would have 1 free day every week a few years ago and then Monday would come around and I just couldn't harness myself…
