  • I have had it for several YEARS...I still have pain every morning when I wake up but it seems to work itself out. If I run or do heavy cardio I take an anti-inflammitory like ibprofen.   • That is the whole point! Ur supposed to get hungry before lunch. Mid morning snacks are key to keep that metabo up! It also helps eat a lighter lunch. I think that is why a lot of ppl stuggle with weight loss. They don't eat enough. Hope that helps!
