  • Hello Lauren, you can add me to your friend list. I've been in and out of MFP for a couple of years. I get lazy....especially after I've met my goals....and I drop out of sight for a few months. But Hey I'M BACK !!
  • I too am an all day "picker". Just a little here and there couldn't add up to that much !! WHOA !! I was in for a shock when I started keeping track. Before supper time I had already gone over my calorie limit for the day !! :sad:

  • Hello ladies !! Took a day off from from my 12hr, 6 day a week schedule. Burned 410 calories on the treadmill this morning. Going to have a light lunch, not sure about dinner. Back to work tomorrow, same heavy schedule for the rest of the week. Probably won't have time to post. Hope all are doing well !!

  • Sounds like you've gotten your motivation back.....good for you. I also have been getting sloppy. Taking a pinch here, a sliver there, just a bite of that.....it certainly adds up. If posting helps you to stay focused.....then "just do it" !!!

If you have filled out the profile of what you weigh and how much you WANT to weigh, it will tell you how many calories you can have per day in order to achieve that goal.
