Hi and welcome! I love that DVD! The firm section is a nice intro to strength training! The first ( burn) half is two miles so you can log as 30 minutes at 4.0 mph, or can also be logged as low impact aerobics ( that's what I do). Hi all! Was away for a few days and did different workouts upon return, so no walking milage logged over the last week. Did 4 miles with the Super Challenge today (plus 30 minutes of Karen Voight's Weighted Workout). Will be back in daily routine next week!

1 Mile with Leslie and one on treadmill. I've been doing my other DVDs faithfully, and won't attempt to assign milage to those. I'll just keep my walking miles here. 22.75/40 done Keep walking! :)

Took a beautiful hike with my boys this morning! Beautiful, moderately challenging trail along a stream - lovely! Then did Walk Strong with Leslie tonight So, 4.5 today!

2 miles (miles 1 and 3 of Walk Slim - 5 Really Big Miles). Did these following Tone It Up, a one hour weighted workout in Debbie Siebers' Slim Series. 6.25/40 for the month Happy walking!

2 miles with Leslie's Women's Walk (Nutri System). Did the firming routine at the end - nice gentle workout! No walking yesterday but did a great overall weight and cardio workout (Mix it Up - Debbie Siebers). 4.25 of 40 done Happy 4th!!
