  • Sometimes if I eat a protein-heavy breakfast (yeah I eat burgers for breakfast!), the hunger by lunch is a lot more manageable. :) I eat breakfast at like 7:30 am so I also eat a snack.

I jogged a mile (at 5 mph on a treadmill, but still) for the first time in my entire life yesterday, did it again today, and I felt so accomplished, so 11 miles is so inspiring to me!
