I am asthmatic and swim regularly. I always have my ventolin inhaler poolside just in case, as well as taking it around 20-30 minutes before I get in the pool. Everyone is different. My band size has gone down 4 inches, but my cup size has actually gone up.

I didn't used to enjoy yoga as much when I was younger. But now with three children and a busy job I really look forward to it. I don't really do it as a workout (I run, swim or cycle for that), I do it to keep me sane.

Period pains are similar to mild contractions when in labour. When I was in labour walking helped so maybe walking would help with your period pains?

I have a bright pink flourescent running gilet. Believe me, this makes me look even more daft than my running tights do. But with my thermal running hat pulled down low and in the semi darkness nobody knows who I am anyway :laugh:
